πŸ› οΈ 1. Custom Printed Products (Made-to-Order)

Products made with customer-demanded or personalized printing (e.g. custom names, logos, designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:

  • T-shirts, mugs, or uniforms with your provided design
  • Bulk orders with personalized printing
  • Any items printed on request

πŸ“Œ Note: Please double-check your size, design, and spelling before placing a custom order. We do not accept returns for errors once printing is complete.


πŸ“¦ 2. Ready-Made Products (Standard Designs)

For all standard, pre-designed items, we do offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

βœ… Return & Refund:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • A 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount as restocking/handling fee.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.

  • Size and color variation exchanges are allowed for available stock.
  • Buyer will bear shipping charges for exchange delivery (unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent).

If the customer agrees to purchase a different product instead of a refund, we’ll offer an additional 10% discount on the new item.

 


Return & Refund Policy – Customized / Print-On-Demand Shirts & Other items

Please read carefully before placing your order:

  1. Customized Items:
    All shirts are customized and printed on demand. Due to this, returns and refunds are not applicable once the item is handed over.

  2. Pickup & Payment:

    • Shirts will be collected from our pickup point.

    • Payment is made only after you receive and verify the shirts.

  3. Quality Check:

    • Our team will allow you to cross-check the size, printing, and stitching before completing the payment.

    • We maintain proof of printing and stitching to ensure your order is exactly as requested.

  4. Concerns on Delivery:

    • If you notice any issues at the time of handover, you may return the item immediately.

    • We will inspect and resolve any problems on the spot.

Note: Since these are customized print-on-demand shirts, please ensure all details are correct at the time of pickup.
